Author Biography

Dr. Lauterbach brings fifty years of theatre experience as director, actor and lighting designer and forty years as a professor of dramatic literature and theatre history to the creation of this book. He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Ph.D. from Michigan State University. He is a founding member of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and the Michigan State Performing Arts Company.
